Hi, I’m Kali — a UX Designer with a background in creative technology and fashion.
I create digital experiences that are clear, accessible, and human-centered. My work includes interaction design and UX research, but I'm particularly fascinated by emerging platforms like AI, conversational interfaces, and extended reality. I love figuring out how to make new technologies feel intuitive and approachable, not intimidating.
I'm currently pursuing an MS in Information Experience Design at Pratt Institute, where I'm focusing on the UX of AI, XR, and conversational design.

Creative Background
Before transitioning into digital design, I was a fashion designer for over a decade. Fashion taught me how to design with real people in mind, move with agility, and prototype fast without losing nuance.
Most recently, I was the lead women’s outerwear designer at Tommy Hilfiger Sport, where I translated user insights, selling data, and trend forecasting into successful, research-driven product launches. I’ve also held fashion design roles at Cole Haan and TUMI, consulted for Karl Lagerfeld and Levi’s, and interned at Marc Jacobs.
Building on that foundation, I now bring the same user-centered lens into the digital world, designing across screens, VR headsets, and hybrid experiences to build thoughtful, emotionally aware products.
Prior to that, I was a visual artist, a background that trained me in aesthetics, conceptual thinking, and material exploration.
This combination of user empathy and visual fluency continues to shape how I approach digital design today.
